About

Personalised Support and Understanding

Working with a Person Centred approach, as well as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), incorporating Art if it will benefit you and if you feel drawn to it, I offer non-judgement and understanding. I work in-person, individually and I run groups when needed.

I have lived experience with autoimmune illness, chronic illness, grief and loss, and am a mother and grandmother. Nothing can prepare us for these life changes, but I can be with you as you navigate life’s changes.

I have lived experience of health challenges and the work and lifestyle changes along with the grief.

I’m here to offer you a non-judgmental and supportive space to talk about your feelings, not just health related. Anxiety, grief and loss, relationship, lifestyle changes can all be explored with me.
